A & B Smith Bosch Appliance Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of A & B Smith and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Details:

   • The winner will receive one Bosch appliance (built-in or freestanding) of their choice, up to a maximum value of £500 (inc. VAT).

   • If the selected appliance is over £500, the winner may still choose it, but they must pay the difference in full before delivery.

   • If the selected appliance is under £500, no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

   • The prize must be chosen from Bosch's current range of built-in or freestanding appliances available through A & B Smith.

3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must follow the steps outlined in the official giveaway post on A & B Smith’s Facebook page.

4. Closing Date:
   Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 30th June 2025. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted via Facebook on or after 1st July 2025.

5. Winner Requirements:

   • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

   • A valid UK delivery address must be provided.

   • If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, A & B Smith reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Other Conditions:

   • Only one appliance will be awarded to the winner.

   • A & B Smith reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
